Needs professional review
Last updated August 1, 2026
These terms apply when you book a lesson through ayselmursal.com. They are written to be read, not to be survived, and they say plainly what the service is and — just as plainly — what it is not.
1. Who the agreement is between
The agreement is between you and Aysel Mursal, an independent mathematics tutor. Where the student is under 18, the agreement is with the guardian who made the booking, and it is the guardian who owes the fees and who may change or cancel the lesson.
REVIEWER — the tutor’s full legal name and trading status, correspondence address, and any registration number required to be published.
2. What the service is
One-to-one and small-group tutoring in SAT Mathematics and university-level mathematics, taught live and online. A lesson consists of explanation, worked examples, guided practice, feedback on the work a student has done, and a plan for what to practise next. Sessions are delivered through a meeting link sent with the booking, and materials and homework are shared through the student area.
3. What the service is not
This matters more than anything else on this page.
- Graded work is never completed on a student’s behalf. Aysel will explain a problem, work through one like it, and check a student’s own attempt. She will not sit an examination, complete an assignment, write a take-home paper, answer a timed online test, or supply solutions to be handed in as the student’s own work — whatever the deadline, and whatever is offered.
- No result is guaranteed. No score, no grade, no percentile and no admission outcome is promised anywhere on this site or in any lesson. A tutor supplies teaching; the result also depends on the work the student does between lessons, and on the examination itself.
- This is not an accredited course. No qualification, transcript or credit is issued, and the service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the College Board, any university, or any examination board.
A request to do a student’s graded work will be declined, and repeated requests will end the arrangement under section 8.
4. Booking and confirmation
Choosing a time places a short hold on that slot while you complete the form; the hold expires by itself and the slot goes back into the calendar. A booking exists once the form is submitted and you receive a confirmation e-mail with a reference. The confirmation carries a link that lets you move or cancel the lesson yourself.
The deadlines that apply — how far ahead a lesson may be booked, the minimum notice, how long the hold lasts, and the free change window — are set out on the cancellation and rescheduling page, which reads them from the live booking system rather than restating them, so the page and the software cannot disagree.
Availability is finite. Where two people reach the last free slot at the same moment, the booking that completes first takes it and the other is told immediately.
5. Fees and payment
Prices are published per market on the pricing page and are shown in the local currency. The market is determined by your network location and is not selectable; the language you read the site in does not change the price. The price shown at the moment of booking is the price recorded against that booking, and a later change to the published price does not alter it.
How payment is settled depends on the market: an invoice or a bank transfer arranged directly with Aysel, or a card payment on the processor’s own page where a card processor has been enabled. Where payment is by invoice or transfer, the lesson is booked first and settled separately; the booking is not conditional on the money arriving first, and nothing on this site claims a payment has succeeded until it has been confirmed.
REVIEWER — when payment falls due (before the lesson, on invoice, within N days), what happens if it does not arrive, and whether any tax is added to or included in the published prices in each market.
6. Changing, cancelling and refunds
The cancellation and rescheduling policy forms part of these terms. It holds every deadline, what happens to a late cancellation, and how a refund is handled.
7. What is expected of a student
- Join on time, from somewhere quiet enough to work.
- Have the material and any homework to hand.
- Treat the tutor with the ordinary courtesy she extends to you.
- Attend the lesson yourself — an account, a meeting link and a manage link are personal to the person who booked and are not to be shared.
8. Ending the arrangement
Either side may stop booking further lessons at any time. Aysel may end a
lesson in progress, and decline further bookings, in the case of abuse,
harassment, a request to complete graded work, or conduct that makes teaching
impossible. Where a lesson is ended for one of those reasons it is treated as
delivered. Lessons already paid for and not yet used in such a case are handled
under the cancellation policy. REVIEWER — confirm that treatment, which has a consumer-law dimension in each market.
9. Materials and intellectual property
Worksheets, problem sets, explanations, diagrams and any other material Aysel prepares or shares remain hers. A student may use them for their own study, for as long as they like. They may not be republished, sold, uploaded to a sharing site, or passed to a tutoring service or a class. The site’s own text, design and code are likewise not to be copied.
Work a student produces belongs to the student. Nothing a student writes is published anywhere, and no student’s work, result or story appears on this site without their written permission — the system will not publish a testimonial that has no recorded permission.
10. Recording
This site records nothing. It stores no audio and no video, and the meeting
link it issues is a third-party tool operating under its own terms. If either
side wishes to record a lesson, that is agreed between them in advance.
REVIEWER — decide whether recording is permitted at all, and what applies where the student is a minor.
11. Availability of the site
The site is expected to be available, but not promised to be. Maintenance, provider outages and connection failures happen. Where a lesson cannot go ahead for a technical reason on Aysel’s side, it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and because no outcome is guaranteed, no liability is accepted for an examination result, an admission decision, or any loss that follows from one.
REVIEWER — the liability cap and the exclusions to be relied on. These are jurisdiction-specific and interact with mandatory consumer protections in each market — nothing has been drafted here on the assumption of a particular regime.
13. Consumer rights
REVIEWER — the statutory cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to a distance-sold service in each market, how it interacts with a lesson delivered before the period ends, and the wording required to inform a consumer of it.
14. Governing law and disputes
This has not been decided. The service is offered in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, the United States and the United Kingdom, and the answer follows from where the tutor is established and what consumer law in each market permits. No governing law is stated here, because stating one that has not been chosen would be worse than leaving the gap visible.
REVIEWER — the governing law, the competent courts, and any consumer carve-out that leaves a customer able to sue in their own country. Add the dispute-resolution route, including any online dispute resolution body that must be named.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date of the last edit is shown at the top of this page, and the terms that apply to a booking are the terms published at the moment that booking was made. A change that affects a booking already made will be sent to the address on that booking before it takes effect.
